But rather than a stuffy traditional notification, the pop star turned boutique owner has opted for a comical invitation that shows her and her fiancé's heads superimposed on to a black and white photograph of a couple sitting atop a farm tractor.
Lily, 25, appears as a plump woman in a frumpy cardigan with a handkerchief tied on her head, while builder Sam, 32, wears a raincoat.

The save the date card has been released on the same night that an particularly emotional episode of the Channel 4 documentary featuring the singer aired.
Lily has previously pleaded with fans not to watch Lily Allen: Riches to Rags, saying she is now in a completely different mindset to when the show was filmed last year - prior to losing her baby in November.
She tweeted earlier this month when the show first aired: 'We started filming it a year ago and I feel like a completely different person that the one that features in the programme.

The footage includes Lily first announcing her pregnancy last year, and also discussing her miscarriage in 2008.
Lily is now looking to the future as she excitedly plans her wedding to Cooper, who she started dating in July 2009.
A few weeks ago she arrived in Paris to meet with Karl Lagerfeld to discuss her gown.
‘I’m here to see Karl for my wedding dress,’ she said at the time.
Lily apparently burst into tears when Cooper popped the question on Christmas Day, just weeks after she had lost their baby when she was six months pregnant.

A friend of the couple told the Mail: ‘It has been a terrible time for Lily and Sam, but they are totally in love with one another.
